Studio collections are for elopements and small weddings with up to 20 guests, a simple timeline, and a city location accessible by public transit. Your route and meeting point are confirmed before booking.

Need a ceremony witness? Let us know before booking so the studio can confirm whether your assigned photographer can also serve as your witness.
Your reserved coverage time
Coverage begins at the agreed start time and runs continuously until the scheduled end time. Check-in, waiting, walking or travel between locations, and gathering guests are part of your reserved coverage.
If the ceremony starts late, we will make the most of the remaining time and prioritize the moments that matter most. Delays do not automatically extend your booking.
An additional 30 minutes may be requested, subject to availability: $120 per professional, or $240 for photo + video. Maximum coverage: 2.5 hours per professional. Studio hourly rates cannot be extended or combined to create a longer wedding-day booking.
A few things to know.
Does the 20-guest limit apply inside City Hall?
Twenty guests is the maximum for this photography collection, not permission for venue access. NYC City Clerk currently allows up to four attendees in addition to the couple, including witnesses, the photographer, and the videographer. Confirm current rules with your ceremony office. Who books the ceremony and arranges permits?
You arrange your marriage license, ceremony appointment, officiant, and any required location permits or permissions. Photography and video bookings do not reserve a ceremony or guarantee access. Share your confirmed ceremony time and venue rules so we can plan coverage together.
How many photographs will we receive?
One hour includes at least 25 edited photographs; two hours includes at least 50. The extended collection includes at least 50 edited photographs, with the final selection reflecting the moments captured. Each collection includes a private online gallery. Your photo and video delivery schedule is confirmed before booking.
Can we book photography without video?
Yes. Photography is $350 for one hour or $550 for two hours. Add 30 minutes to the two-hour photography collection for $120: $670 total for 2.5 hours. A separate videographer is optional, starts at $470 for two hours, and can be extended to 2.5 hours for another $120.
How do we reserve our date?
Send your date, ceremony time, location, approximate guest count, and preferred coverage. The studio will confirm availability, photographer assignment, the route, deliverables, and booking terms before you commit.
